1. Login:
    1. https://sima.imtm.cz
      1. Access only from UPOL/IMTM network (use vpn)
      2. Security issue with invalid certificate can be vanished with action described here.
      3. Popup windows must not be blocked for sima.imtm.cz in your web browser settings
    2. User name: your UPOL Active Directory user name. E.g. szotkoma or 1234357
    3. Password: your UPOL Active Directory password
  2. Download/Upload data:
    1. Use SImA Loader. Installation is here.
    2. There exist gemma-client, a CLI (command line interface) to transfer data - more information is here.

  4. Stop using Columbus!
    1. Data were transferred from Columbus between 2023-07-03--07-11
      1. Columbus was shut down. We have data backup on old IMTM Cluster.
  5. Known issues:
    1. Definitions for whole screen was transferred from Columbus to SIMA more times.
      1. We are looking for solution with support.
        1. already solved
    2. Secondary analyses results was not transferred from Columbus to SIMA.
      1. SIMA does not support secondary analyses. It is done in Spotfire VitroVivo tool. Transfer those data to VitroVivo manually.
    3. SIMA Loader may cause security issue with ESET.
      1. This is under investigation with ESET. There is workaround - for details contact me.
        1. it shouldn't be the issue now. Probably ESET provided new version.
