These steps must be followed to setup the IMTM VPN connection
- On the page https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn download software named FortiClient VPN. There are versions for various operation systems
- Install the FortiClient VPN on your device/computer
- FortiClient installator adds this icon
into tray icons. Clicking on this icon by right mouse button displays local menu with items to edit connection or connect. to VPN - Create new ticket in IMTM Helpdesk to allow VPN connection for your UPOL domain account, In the ticket you must identify computers and devices you need connection to.
- When your helpdesk ticket is resolved and your VPN access is granted, then open FortiClient VPN to setup it.
- After successful installation and setup, you can establish new VPN connection to IMTM network.
