Export is performed in the Export tab -> Export wizard.

The user selects their study and clicks on the Next button.

Next, choose the patients you want to export. It is possible to filter patients (1) or select individual patients (2). By not selecting option 2, all patients assigned to the selected study will be exported. Click Next.

After select which visits should be exported and click Next.


In the last step, choose the parameters you want to export. The Visit name and Visit date parameters are mandatory and automatically checked. Click Start export.

The export process can be tracked using a green progress bar. After completion, an Excel file with the data will be downloaded. If the export takes a long time, it is likely that the system will automatically log the user out. The file can be downloaded again in Exports - Export history. Please note that files in the export history are deleted with administrator system restart!
