After creating a study, you can modify the forms in the CRF templates tab (1). You can import a form from a formatted Word file (2), an example formated form is available by clicking on the question mark. Manual creation of a form is possible through the New CRF button (3), an existing form can be assigned through Add CRF (4). For already created forms, you can restrict their display conditions (5), edit the created form (6), or delete the form (7).

After click on editing a form, new screen with parameters of the selected form will be displayed. You can add a new parameter using the Item button (1). For joining parameters into a group, create a vertical or horizontal group using New group (2). You can set displayed conditions for parameters via (3), make a copy of the selected parameter via (4), and delete it via (5). You can set the visibility conditions of a section via (6) and access additional settings of the selected section (7). Add a new section (8), view the form history (9), preview the created form without saving (10), and save form changes with (11).

Double-clicking on a selected parameter will display a table with options for modifying the parameter. You can select the parameter type from the list (12). In the Label tab (13) and Input tab, you can set the position and properties of the parameter. The parameter name (14), offset of the parameter name (15), and the width of the parameter (16).

In the Input tab (17), you can set the properties of the field for input value. Select whether the parameter is mandatory (18), set it as read-only (19), offset for parameter value (20), field width (21), and set the default value of the parameter. In the Calculate tab (23), you can define a formula for automatic calculation of the parameter. You can add existing parameters from form and constants using Add variable (24). The definition and selection of calculation parameters are possible in (25) and (26). The calculation formula is entered in (27), and the result can be rounded to the specified number of decimal places (28). In the Mask tab (29), you can use a regular expression to set parameter values that will be acceptable (30). Values outside the specified mask will be marked in the form with red colour.
