Spotfire Analyst 10.3 installation guide.

Download and install following programs:

  1. Spotfire Analyst 10.3 - one of following
    1. portable version TIB_sfire-analyst_10.3.3_portable_win.zip - if you would like to keep also different version of Analyst on PC
    2. windows installation TIB_sfire-analyst_10.3.3_shared_computer_win.zip
    3. windows installation for one user only: TIB_sfire-analyst_10.3.3_single_user_win.zip
  2. Microsoft .NET framework - install the latest version. If it is already installed, you will be informed during installation.
    1. Microsoft .NET framework 4.8
    2. in case of trouble use this link
  3. install Windows C++ redistributable if not already installed on your PC
    1. 2017 - install both
      1. Download vs_redist.x86.exe 2017 32-bit
      2. Download vs_redist.x64.exe 2017 64-bit
    2. 2005 - install if needed - not clear

      1. Download vcredist_x86.exe redistributable (x86)

      2. Download vcredist_x64.exe redistributable (x64)

    3. if any problem: check information site
    4. note: redistributable 2019 must be uninstalled!
      1. if installed this error message appears: 
  4. Java 8.0
    1. JavaSetup8u241.exe
    2. if any problem with java set JAVA_HOME in system by following this instruction
  5. Add https://*.imtm.cz to the trusted pages in system
    1. follow instruction here
  6. additional SW required for HCP 2.0
    1. PerkinElmer_ChemDraw_ActiveX_Enterprise_Constant_17.0.msi
    2. Image Discovery-Service-1.0.2.0491.exe
    3. this is not needed (keeping here only for information):
      1. ChemDraw Direct-2.0.exe
      2. Webplayer_Features_Setup-1.7.0.13.exe
  7. start Analyst and connect to the server
  8. install TERR modules using Spotfire Analyst
    1. Tools → TERR tools → Package Management → Load → Available Packages → Install following packages
      1. randomForest
      2. robustbase
      3. deSolve
      4. Rtsne
      5. Stringr
    2. after installation you should see this screen:
